Welcome to the Film Vancouver blog and the new Film Vancouver website. After a lot of consideration, I decided to shut down the old, but excellent site for a few reasons. I wanted to share with you the new direction and explain why I changed direction.
Production Services No More
At the core of the redesign was a desire to focus more on the personal approach that is core to what I do. Production Services was meant to explain a wide array of services I offer clients, but unfortunately, it also confused producers who sometimes use the term to seek out equipment and locations resources outside of my wheelhouse.
Easier Editing & Blogging
Updating the website was another big factor in replacing the look and content. With this new website architecture, editing and updating will be more streamlined and won't require outside help. That means fewer technical issues and more blog posts, like this one!
Moving forward, I appreciate your feedback and support and look forward to sharing more original content with you in the coming months.
